As yourADHD coach, I work closely with you to understand your unique challenges and strengths, and together, we develop tailored strategies and techniques to address specific issues like for example: time management, organization, and impulse control. I will help you to set and achieve meaningful goals, unlock your full potential through a journey of self-awareness. I offer weekly online sessions through Zoom ( if different platform is need, we can discuss about it). The duration of the session varies from package to package and is between 50 minutes to 90 minutes.
